hm, quite crazy picture..
playing around with wide-angle (and not so successful) perspective...
the building in the middle is supposed to be several meters behind the wall where she's standing, I dont know if this is obvious... anyway..

I feel like if the building you are mentioning was at just a slight tilt or gradient to better show viewers perspective the distance would be more clear.

regarding the perspective, perhaps illustrating an element in the distance street-level to give a sense of scale. (sign, person, vehicle, etc.) I know theres not much room to work with. Or even something in or near the distant windows to indicate the scale.
Also, perhaps treating the close brick and the distant brown wall slightly more different. they are very similar in color and brightness. Treat them differently, and they won't appear close together.
Regardless, this is a great image!

i love the concept. and the wall behind her IS obviously in the background. If you want to emphasize this even more you might want to lay a very transperent grey over everything you'd like to be in the background (i.e. the scooter, building, giant, billboard, sky). There needs to be a very small shadow inbetween the girl's cleaveage to help show which way she's facing. Just another thought, but if the giant is looking for the girl, is she supposed to be hiding? Is there a profound connection between the girl and the giant? Should she look scared? She seems confident, maybe because she doesn't notice the giant yet.

I'm not sure about the girl (it's an image that just occured to me, I never think much..), but I think that she's probably a bit annoyed by the huge thing following her and causing all that fuss, and tries to act indifferent

yes, her head is a bit too big, but since I went for a more cartoonish look, I thought that this would be ok. However, I think the perspective of her head is also a bit off... I didnt see that in the first place..

THat is really nice. The thumbnail did actually look real. I thought it would be a digitally manipulated photo.
Also- its clear to me that the building in the middle is several meters behind- you can see the top and bottom of it- which illustrates clearly to me that there is more of it to be seen.

good to know that perspective works.. it is a bit fish-eye (the original was wider, which made it more apparent) and in this case, parallel lines do not appear parallel anymore, so I had some trouble...
