Description
An exercise in backgrounds and back-lightning, combined with a need for a wing!Cas and some intended epicness with all three boys
It was initially supposed to be called The Deliverer, but then I got a way better idea for that title, which will be coming (hopefully) soon
Anyway, I so much would love to see the dyamic duo turn into a terrific trio, Cas just so needs to be a permanent piece of the picture And hang out with Dean all the more 
I know most people usually draw Cas with black wings, but I wanted to try a back-lighting effect, so white it had to be, plus it went better with this colour scheme. I'll probably do some white wings and some black wings in the future.

I've always had a mini-scene in my head where the three were walking down a road, it begins to rain really heavily but Dean and Sam don't notice because the rain doesn't hit them for some reason...

Despite the fact this contains three of my all time fave characters the thing I probably love the most about this painting is the background. The almost post apocalyptic look of the city and desert is very much my kind of thing and the shiny road surface is something I probably wouldn't have thought of but it works so well! Top that all off with that bruised looking moody sky just makes this perfect!

I just got done with the exact same experiment (backlighting wings and attempting backgrounds) so awesome job! Because you nailed both and they aren't easy.
