Pretty low quality map. You should really use a USC map as a template instead of trying to figure out the borders yourself. Central and Eastern Europe is a mess.

I think there are a few errors, like there's no Galicia for example. Also for some reason I don't know in the mod pretty much all of the Sahara belongs to anybody.

As there is no Galicia at the begning of the game (in the HOI4 version), there is not mistake.
For Sahara, its not about borders. In the game it's "terra nullis" because in the 30's/40's army couldn't go trough it.
