for these words! Yes, it took some time, but it can be nice to draw photographically accurate sometimes.     If I like a subject well then it's not a sacrifice in time  to draw it, rather I love to do that.

That's absolutely beautiful!
As we are curious about nature, nature reflects that curiosity towards us. Just in more primitive way.
As the owl peeks out of the nest. She scans the surroundings for the first time and determine herself to explore this world.
The expression in this work is deep and subtle in which you can dive even deeper as in the owl dark and deep eyes.

Sorry for noticing your work now...
I will try to check them more frequently...

Thanks so very much for the comment Angeriu !

First, it is okay to comment much later, I am happy for every comment you give

I see, yes, how interesting that you view it in this way around the artwork !

I am Always impressed of others view on artworks like this, how they can view it in the way they do. I myself, and around this work, I was more or less just enchanted of the magic of nature I guess. But in general, I am often impressed about how fearless the animals are and how they can survive in circumstances in the wild forest, and in this case, in a nest, and see how a new generation is born for every year. The animals radiated divine strength, which can be seen in the eyes.

In this artwork, yes, I try to make it realistic and remember that to be accurate was an advantage. I have easy to be accurate but try to be creative also. So...we will see when the first creative abstract art come out  ?!

Thanks again

.... !! for that you give a such nice comment on this artwork

In this graphite drawing I try to reproduce the photograph more precise, as a challenge to myself, which I seems to have a habit to do. But I wish to make more abstract art also, with blurriness that make the imagination to take off. But it must come in the future...some time

Thanks again

This is extravagent!!

Those curious wide eyes, the first time ever being able to peep out of the nest and finally see what it will be flying through. The determination shown with the slight tilt of the head, judging already its flying.

This is just amazing!!

Thank you very much for this nice comment !!  A very kind and good comment of you

You write very well and poetic in a way how an owl become acquainted with its surrounding outside the nest for the first time, how it can experience it. Fantastic! And probably you're right

You're welcome, Peter! It had been a while without any message, I love your nice owl (in Italian that type of owls has a funny name, it's called "barbagianni") but I also missed your lovely comments. All these kittens you put in, they are so beautiful and sweet! Chatting with you is always a pleasure, have a nice week ^^

I thank you Julia so very much for the nice comments to me upon this artwork       !

I have not read such a nice and kind comment on a long time so of course i become very happy

Yes, It have take some time to make this work, but it is fun with art so i have nothing against it.  My specialty is drawing photographically art since kid but with a very long interruption. Anyway, i try to vary a bit nowadays on some parts of the drawing where it does not matter. I previous, when kid, have the opinion that draw photographically was equal as great art, and it is of course, but there is so much more in art that i discover as time went by.

I appreciate photographically drawings in such a way that it is one of the classic art and always easy for most to understand on. What is the downside is that it is easier to just take a photograph so why draw after a photograph when much more time consuming ? I think nevertheless that photographically drawings shows some skills in precision and proportions and can be some interesting to watch at. Otherwise art is for me also feelings for the artwork and colors as you understand on.

I love animals like for example birds,  and owls especially , but i know that you do it as well.

Thank you Lucila for this wonderful comment !

It took some time but it was fun. i love to have a subject in front of me that is positive or mystic because it affect me I believe when staring   at it day after day. i have done some exceptions from the positive rule for me, and that is when i feel something around a subject, more or less strong, then for exaple I can have a subject that looking a bit angry    or sad  , but usually i try to have a positive subject in front of me
