This is what goes under Glinda's bubble dress. 24 metres of netting! gathered into 5 rows, sewn onto a girdle - wide hip-waist base. It stands on its own! Of course, once it's got a heavy skirt on top it won't be quite so pouffy, but ah well.Related content
