this is the 5th piece i've completed today omg i actually like it though so yay
oops this doesnt look like an indoor arena but i promise it is! It's just the side where there is a window thingy!
love this little pony so much!! <333 so glad ive finally kicked myself into action to get these images done! And this is the turning point in the story - things will get more interesting after this!

Story:
As the days passed, the bond between Aoife and Lola continued to grow. Aoife had been getting Lola used to various pieces of tack in the past week, but today was the day where she would be fully tacked up and lead around the indoor school. Lola didn’t bat an eyelid when Aoife came to her stable and slipped on the headcollar. It had become the normal routine for them. What was new was the indoor school. Lola eyed it warily, always unsure of new environments. However, with Aoife by her side she obediently stepped inside and allowed Aoife to tie her up at one end. Then the tack came out. Lola was used to having the numnah and the saddle on her back by now, but she still wasn’t sure about the cold metal bit. When the bridle was on, Aoife simply twisted the reins and took off the stirrups and allowed Lola to move around freely to get used to the tack. As expected, Lola just sighed and waited for Aoife to come with her. She wouldn’t do anything without her best friend. Laughing Aoife jumped off the wall she had been sitting on and started walking around the school, with Lola following immediately behind her. Curious, Aoife started to run and to her surprise she heard the sound of a horse trotting behind her. Sprinting now, Aoife rushed up to the other end of the school and turned around just in time to see Lola galloping after her with her ears pricked forward. This was a game that she loved! And so it carried on. Aoife thought it was as good a way as any to get Lola used to moving in the tack. Running around, the horse would follow her, and then Aoife would dart to the side suddenly, prompting Lola to skid to a stop, and then chase her straight away again. On one occasion, Aoife darted to the right but lost her footing and fell gracelessly to the ground, next to her horse. If this had been the mare that stepped off the trailer one month ago, Lola would have gone and hid in the corner, but this mare had changed. She simply nuzzled Aoife’s face before deciding it would be a good idea to go ahead and lie down right next to her. Aoife was now laughing out loud and sat up to hug her mare. The pair really were inseparable. They both loved each other more than anything in the world. And tomorrow would be the day Aoife would finally sit on her horse…
