What I did was ; turned off all lights, made the room completely dark. I then had a small light + cellophane ready in my hand. I set my Camera to a 30 second shutter speed.
In that 30 seconds I moved my little light around that area, slowish but not too slow that my hand got caught in the frame.
After 30 seconds all the light emitted through this one little light is all that showed. It took me a few attempts to an okay one!
