This is a digital interpretation of my diploma thesis at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics in Berlin.
Here I developed a fluorescence detector to read out special chips with thousands of tiny reaction vessels.
Well, the real ChipReader looks a little bit different than the one above but it works in the same way.

No, you just have badaft skills. The only thing I could complain about is that his arm seems to be up against his chest, which is sort of an odd position.

nice render! the fiber optic lights look exceptionally cool. i think i might also like to see it with a darker background for more contrast and to have the white plastic stand out more (i think there was a bit of that lighting setup in your video too), but it's very cool as-is too. also thanks for posting the shot breakdown, very informative!
