Some fitting words from my dearest * Domi- : This is her piece, silencesilence can be the hardest...
and the easiest...
but often its neither... it just lingers..
makes the air heavy...
floats...
transcends..
falls..
and lifts again
to reveal some little secret
just a tiny snippet of laughter
or bird song
a word
a sigh
even a smile
and then covers it all again in its cloak of secrecy...

first thought - God that guy looks way too much like Paul Reubens (Pee-wee...I dunno why that is...that was the thought).

I think it's an interesting way to submit the poem...the image is minimalistic...and it's like we've hit the mute button...we've created the silent moment...
and I just like the image because it causes a bit of a chuckle on first glance...but then when you read the poem...you see the minimalism in the shot...it clicks. The relationship between the image and the poem makes sense.
It's a stretch...I'll be honest...cause I laughed...and if I hadn't seen the poem...I would have kept on laughing (cause it's a very funny shot)
but I do think it works.

Well it's me in the photo, and I don't know who Paul Reubens, but I'm going to HAVE to look him up now. I hadn't intended for the two pieces to fit together as such. I know nothing of poetry, and that much is all down to * Domi- , but yeah I just don;t thin it was that great... so I put it in my scraps
