I can picture Danny being brought to his knees in this fight, thinking there's no hope left, and then, as he's gloating about how he'll kill the boy, then his loved ones, then his town, Carnage would say:
Carnage: Of course, you never even stood a chance! After all, this world doesn't seem to have any sonic weaponry!
Danny: Sonic weapony? Why would that matter?
Carnage: Yea, turns out a symbiote like me and loud noise don't mix too well. Go figure, eh? *goes into a fit of maniacal laughter as he raises his axe hand*
Danny: *eyes widen in realization, then suddenly narrow into determination and confidence, much like the smirk he now has*
Carnage: *suddenly stops laughing, noticing his "victim's" mood* Hey, whaddya you have to be so happy abou-
Danny: WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-
