Description
An odd byproduct of Stalliongrad's tank and truck factories. You see, when tank and truck ponies are built, most of the sensitive parts that hold the machine together and give them life would be ruined if welded with just a plain ole welder. So these parts are attached using a magic welder. The welds are nearly invisible and holds the two parts together as strong as a normal weld. However, Magic welders leave behind a waste residue that is washed out after words.

This residue however is still surprisingly powerful when it pools. No one is 100% sure how exactly the icker were made, but what is known is that they live in drainage 15, where Tankograd and a latex plant dump their waste. Drainage 15 is a waste pond the size of a hoof ball field and in some places as deep as 50 feet. The area is kept off limits but that still won't keep ponies away from the icker.

Magical Amalgamation Anomaly 15, is the official name given to them, but the locals just call them the icker. They are timid and totally silent aside from the occasional squeaking from their movements. Some ponies like to visit and just watch the drainage shift and move, others however will sneak through the unguarded entrance and go right up to the dirt bank that slopes gently into the fake lake. Dipping one's hoofs into the ooze one can expect a tingling sensation from the magical residue and a glob of latex to stick. It's easily removed but a single touch hails the ickers to investigate. They poke up from the surface at distance, if you enter the lake, they will venture closer, ponies often experience a stroking and touching sensation from ickers under the surface exploring a visitor. At waist level, they will rise up and look closer, ponies will also feel they may be pleasured by submerged Ickers in an attempt to put visitors at ease. Ickers love hugs and affection and will take any chance they can to hug a pony. If a pony hugs back, Ickers will hold onto them tightly and nuzzle, spreading their ooze on the pony. If exposed to it for too long, a pony could find themselves completely covered in the stuff and then stashed away under the surface for further cuddles. Visitors are tightly bound and suspended from the bottom, Ickers make a special mask that filters air from the ooze so their cuddle pillows don't suffocate. As for how they keep victims fed and watered is a total mystery, never the less, victims are well cared for.

Attempts to capture and use an Icker in captivity have always failed, this leads scientists to believe there is a large pool of magic that has collected on the bottom and the latex is floating on top. The magic feds the material above and thus, the Ickers.
