I Created a colored version of Anastasia-N 's fantastic original. So lots and lots of credit goes to her, and I urge you to check out her work if you haven't already!Skingrad is a city in the Elder Scrolls Universe, located in Cyrodiil, and featured in TES:4 Oblivion.
