I recently finished playing the 1st Portal and the moment I saw the green eyed rocket turret I couldn't help to think oh an Hetalia crossover and draw England as one XD

About the beer culture? Basically it's a difference in drinking habits
England (and most of the northern european countries) drink huge amounts of beer all at once and get pissed drunk. Portugal on the other hand drinks small amounts several times during the day, especially during meals. So by the end of the day he drank a lot more beer than the famed "heavy drinkers" and didn't collapse in a drunken stupor
