For a second I thought the wires were like the connecting cables used with Gameboys. I thought "Wait, those are DSes! They dont need a cable to connect!" Now I see theyre charching cables. XD

The funny thing is that would actually work. Bio-electricity is DC - direct current - the kind all computers run on as opposed to AC which comes from the wall. All you'd need is circuitry to regulate it from being one giant surge into a steady flow at so many volts (say, 12) and poof you have a Poke-charger. Wouldn't even be too complicated to pull off.

technically, to harness raichu's electricity you would need to connect theΒ DS lite systems to the cheeks notΒ the tail.Β Β

Hmm...practical use of electricity (assuming she can regulate the precise voltage/amperage at all times and keep her emotions intact so that; first, she doesn't accidently electrocute him to death if the voltage/amperage is too high since he has direct contact with electricity source and at point-blank range; or second, the Nintendo DS short-circuits by overloading the Nintendo DS by setting the voltage/amperage too high for it to handle [such as producing 20V {20 Volts} or 1.0 Amperage of electricity for something designed for only 14V or 0.70 Amperage of electricity maximum at any given time {yes, I know these conversions are not accurate for Voltage to Amperage}] and the owner receives at best a painful shock).
Better hope she knows how to perform defibrillation using only her paws (assuming that she has ample practical medical training and knows precisely where to place both of her hands, how much voltage she must generate during each charge through her paws and for how long per pulse generated so as to not damage any heart muscles or neurotransmitters in his brain by using too much voltage or amperage that could cause paralysis, memory loss, or even death)!

"Teacher's Pet" starred a dog that decided to be a human. Spot put on clothes, took the secret ID of Scott and went to school and somehow never was seen as other than just another boy. Gary Baseman.

I have never seen a pokemon pretending to be a human in the series, let alone the brother or sister of its owner.
