Description Kings Cross

Long ago there was a great kingdom, its King ruled with a fair hand, but he was the last in a long line and one of a few who were kind kings. During one summer a single knight, one of the king’s personal guard’s had to go on a spiritual retreat in order to balance out his soul. While away the main city was attacked by a neighboring country that suffered from a great and unholy famine. All they sought was more land to grow crops and feeds its people. In time the city was overrun and the king crucified atop its walls.

This was just as the knight, Algard, returned from his retreat to see his king nailed to two beams of oak high atop the cities walls barely alive. That night he snuck into the heavily occupied city and left a pile of bodies in his wake as he freed the mortally wounded king from his crucifixion. In the woods he laid the dieing king upon a soft bed of moss and held his hands vowing to avenge the slaughter of his king and his country. In mere moments the King passed away and the knight buried his body in a protected glen.

He traveled from the kingdom to prepare himself for his own personal war with all that remained of his possessions, his sword and shield, armor, horse and ring of his knighthood. He then went to a smith and had it all melted down and made into a single heavy sword and had it enchanted to wreak the vengeance of a vengeful soul.

Thus the sword of the King’s Cross came to be, and tale of the lone surviving knight just began.

I love the shape of it it's so unique, great story too. is it just me or is the edge of the blade not defined, except at the points near the tip?

Thank ya, I have a feeling once you see the demonic saber you will start drooling on that one. But I will tell you this, tomorrow I will be sending Kit Rae an email and asking him for advice or any tips on getting the stuff made etc. it will be interesting if I get a response back, who knows if all the stars in heaven and hell align just right some day some of my designs might be for sell and you might own the Kings Cross.

One never knows…

that'd be really great , there's no reason why some of your sword designs cant be made in to full size functional sword swords

Yeah, now all I have to do is get some really good designs sketched out and just clean them up, darken the lines and keep them that way as possible future weapons to send off to whoever. Ug….that means more very detailed work in the next week, what fun. As if I am not tired enough as is, ah well as they say, you achieve nothing if you risk nothing.
