Looks quite good, nice choice of colors and the dithering is okay. The lighting seems weird but it's probably because I'm not used to seeing sprites with the lighting coming from the left, and I do think your other trees look better, but it may be because this one is a lot more simple than those.
Still though it looks okay.

the shape and definition are very well defined, but it feels very unnatural, unless this is a certain style you're going for of course.

Almost like it would fit into an isometric theme haha
Not sure what style I am going for....I am finding it difficult to keep things within a style. But I am practising
