Cold reflected mountain bathed in the evening winter sun......
Finally a brand new shot. It was cold this night, and I almost couldn't feel the camera in my hands. I still had to disregard the cold as I was trying to take care of the composition and the symmetries. At the same time I was really enjoying the scenery and the experience.
Post pro: Very little. From the RAW file, 10% saturation, and about 15% extra contrast/light.

Greetings... ...interesting, the dusted snow looks almost like powdered sugar. Like the Mount
reflected in the pool! I think what the one person meant about 'Balanc in Composition',
it shows the pool close up, but the Mount is aways back and it's even hard to tell how far actually.
However it almost looks like it's begging for MORE to be in the photo, like so you can get a better
perspective of the area & the Mt. It's a bit 'crammped' feeling, I think is what the point was. Could
be wrong, but that's how I 'feel' when I look at it. HOWEVER it is an aWesome shot no question.

The balance in the composition is ever so slightly off - I can't put my finger on it, but it's vaguely discomforting. Still very pretty, though.

awesome.... very nice positioning there. You have managed to catch the light glistening off the rocks and the reflection is very nicely angled! The contrasts here are amazing. FAV!

The mountain looks a little blur and I donΒ΄t know if itΒ΄s the refelection in the water or if you were shivering so much!?
But itΒ΄s a great shot Bjorn.

The blur is preferred, and that's why I shot it at F20 and 2 seconds at ISO100 instead of at f.ex. at F11 ISO 400 at 1/60 seconds (or whatever exposure time these parameters would generate). So the mountain in the water is blurry because it's a long exposure.

Vel, det varierer selvfΓΈlgelig. Av og til reiser jeg langt, av og til ikke sΓ₯ langt. "Silence for Lease" took me 4 hours by car and 2 hours of walk. This one took me 10 minutes by car and 10 minutes of walk.
Hmm, jeg startet Γ₯ skrive norsk men endte opp med engelsk, hehe, vet ikke helt hvorfor jeg sklei ut der... vel, det kan stΓ₯ slik
