I've gone through several tutorials on making bokeh filters but this is the first one that doesn't seem flimsy! >~< I've tried black construction paper, black cardstock, a pringles can, everything, but I never thought to use thin cardboard and duct tape! >~< Duh, lol!! Now I'm going to go and cut up my cereal box! XD
So once I make the heart/hole, I can't change it to a star or something, can I? I'd have to make a completely different filter, correct? Oh well...still cheaper than Bokeh Masters Kit even though theirs is plastic, lol!!

I just wish I could use a punch to make a perfect heart or star but it doesn't reach the middle, lol. D:

You only cut one heart. Then the out of focus lights in the shot (however many there may be) will turn into heart shapes.

Simply cut a small hear in the center of the cardboard on top. The measuring tape is to show you how small the cut out heart is
