Wow, I can't believe this is not to be found on the internet at all. I got X11 mouse cursors, for Windows. I got these from screen capturing my old Solaris SPARC system, then through Axailis Cursor thing...Enjoy!

there is a diagonal resize there. also, X11 never had a working in background cursor.
