You know, you could disable comments from deviations if you don't want them to comment.

I like comments on the pics themselves, but when it's information that I need to keep track of, it's easier in note form. I don't mind even those mundane comments like "cool" or other one word comments.

Amazing how people can over look the 'authors notes' section or just don't care or know how to read. Such simple instructions when posted oh...5 times in bold like you've had to do before, yet still can't be followed. I'll let it slide if they don't normally understand english, but any one who speaks english as a 1st language should be able to follow such simple instructions.
