Edit: Now both of their bikinis are blue, and I fixed the colors overall. I like it a lot better this way.Quick edit: Terra's waist doesn't look like it's been crushed in so much anymore.

I was going to have him beat up a lot worse, but then it made the girls look like the bad ones. >: D In other news, I need to try something lineless next time. These big black lines of mine are starting to get in the way.

As for the anatomy, I think you need the most work on feet, and uh...crotch areas

Anatomy's lookin' good here. >D I can see that one point you mentioned earlier, with the little nub denoting the hipbone. It looks good. :3
Terra's right knee looks a little off - I'm not entirely sure, but I think the lower half of the leg isn't quite properly aligned with the frontal view of the knee. Other than that, tis all good!
Have you tried coloured lineart? I usually try locking the layer, and airbrushing the lineart to match the colour of the relevant section, then setting the layer to multiply, it works wonders!

Thanks! I actually had to go back into PS, and save Terra's waist from being crushed just before I started typing this up, but I'm pleased with how I made the shading work for the figures.
Looks like it's back to the references for the knee, but that's good, I need a nice long to-do list for Blanke Style V2.0.
I have tried colored lineart before, actually. I did some of that on "New Frames", but I never thought of keeping it on multiply with those colors. Makes a good middle ground between pure black lines, and just turning the lineart into a last membrane of shading.

Try and generally reduce breast size.... unless it is naga from slayers! .... otherwise this is actually rather well coloured!.... i'd advise getting into colour schemes that dont clash as much.

Yeah, I'd say it's time to focus on the rest of the figure, not just the boobs. I'm working to overhaul my technique lately, so these sort of things are good to know.
As for the colors, I wanted the two girls to be opposites, but I know what you mean here. Some sort of similiarity would help to keep it together.

the colours just oppose eachother in the background!... the brightness conflict each other.... but don't worry about colour theory to much immediately! ... rather put focus on adjusting your style!

I see that you took the time to shade the skin in such the way that takes anatomy of the muscles into consideration. It looks pretty good.

It's possible without it, but blending can go a lot quicker with a tablet and pressure sensitivity. But, if you set up your brush opacity and flow right, and keep sampling new tones for blending, you techincally don't need a tablet.
