It is weird how closely shocker gauntlets resemble crossbones's gauntlets in captain america: civil war.

Its funny cause now in Spiderman Homecoming, Shocker has a modified Crossbones gauntlet.

Yeah, they do look similar. I have finally started to redo some of my old pieces, including this Shocker, so I guess I'll have to redesign the gauntlets.
Crossbones' design in CA:CW is bad-ass, though. I love it.

and heres a small bio: WARNING SPOILERS: NAME: Montana J. Shultz/ The Shocker
AGE: 35
BIO: Born to parents Ida & Ted Shultz in the Bronx on Sep. 28th, Montana was the oldest of three. There was Montana his younger brother Herman and his little sister Lisa. Montana was ever the street wise inventor and fancied himself as the next Charles Nolan; he went to school at SESU with a bachelor in engineering and was once an employee at OsTech working on a new renewable portable energy called Shockwave energy. He built a small prototype he named Eletro-01. Not only did it show use as a dephibulator but could be use as a weapon for the military. Osborne saw this and with Nolanβs word he fired and stolen the patens to Shockwave energy announcing Project ELETRO two weeks later. With having no money, or anything Montana decided to steal his project back and began a few schemes that his younger brother Herman taught him. How to get goons and slowly built a slow criminal empire. His new goal in life, after stealing ELETRO, and upgrading the new prototype with the old, Montana will kill Norman and Charles who he threaten them after he was fired with a broken glass. But Montana just has one character in his way, a wise cracking teen called the Spider that drives his already fragile mind over the edge even more. With protective suit and project ELETRCO in his sights on his goals.
ABILITIES: Shockwave absorption and release.
Able to protect himself and manipulate shockwave energy.

Wow, that was nice! Your script has a heart! It reminds me of older TV shows like "The Flash" (cheesy as it was, it had a heart which lacks in modern TV shows, IMHO).

yay!! yes and while spidey is a bit of a docuhe, he grows and it shows potenial. and yes shocker dies, but it has love and shwos this new universe and style. it's actully funny, sad, complex and simple. ^^ thnak you for loving it!! & Eletro makes acameo of sorts

Yes, character dies, but it feels like it was not done for the sake of "violence and more violence and deeeeathhh!". It feels like it was natural part of the story and shows more serious issues Peter has to deal with as Spider-Man (its exactly the thing I like in regular SM comics and why SM is the only major super-hero that hasn't annoyed me yet in mainstream comics).

Awesome! Shocker has been in need of a style change for a while and this design is incredible! I also like how he looks more like a "blue-collar" mechanic rather than something more stylized. Very cool

I don't know why, but sleek and stylised costumes and tech just don't look right when it comes to Shocker, at least to me..

I love the shocker and i like the look of this but his power wouldn't allow it, he would vibrate those reg clothing at the first sign of trouble.

I envisioned him as the guy who has enormous knack in engeneering and mechanics but with no official education (couldn't afford it) and is talented in machines and vehicle repairment and hardass "trucker" type fellow..
I'm still not pleased how the gauntlets look, and I deffinitely need to get up of my ass and finish this redesign..
As for clothes.. That insulated protective suit covers his entire body underneath regular clothes, and he wouldn't care if his regular clothes gets damaged.. Point is that he needs to look badass, regardless of the practical aspect..
