Here's something I have been wanting to draw for awhile, fire/flaming things/a burning forest.This scene is of some Osthmoorian soldiers and a CM-567S "Tarantel" autonomous combat mech, inspecting the wreckage of an ADF-61 Bombardier space fighter, seen in the trees to the right. In the background, the forest is ablaze in an inferno, and they better work quick to get that pilot out, before either the fighter (and pilot) begins to burn and its ammunition hold explodes, or they burn and get crushed by falling debris and trees.
As a whole, this scene took about 2.5 hours to make, the biggest challenge actually being just the trees and foliage in the background and foreground, the fire was very easy to do, it only took about 30 minutes for all the effects.

You need to stop producing such qualitative artwork as it is damaging me.
I might get into a loop here, yet again you manage to capture a dark and gritty atmosphere that is beyond reckoning.
Besides the magnificent design of the mech, I believe this piece once again has managed to reach a 10 out of 10.
