Now, here's the question: If I use this on White fabric, will it turn blue from the colour in the Windex?

Hmmm... that's a good question. I did some research, and it seems that Windex shouldn't stain white fabric. I read accounts of people saying their knock-off brand Windex stained, but nothing about actual brand name Windex causing blue stains. I hope this helps!

does it have to be windex or can it be any glass/window cleaner? we don't have windex here ._.

I don't know for sure, but I did a little bit of research and I found that the ingredient in Windex that removes paint is 4% of isopropyl alcohol. If you have another glass cleaner that has around 4% of isopropyl alcohol, my guess is that it will do the trick. Again, I'm not entirely sure, but it wouldn't hurt to try it - glass cleaner isn't going to cause a stain, and you can wash it out with soap and water

OMG! I never thought of that! Now I don't make my cosplay because I have no creative talent in sewing... but I go to an art school and we have used paint, and there's this ugly paint stain on my carpet! I shall try it! Thank you soooo much!

Cool, I'll try that on one of my favorite shirts I accidentally bumped into my art easel and got paint on.
I heard that soy sauce stains get out with club soda and that oil stains come out with dish detergent..... whoda thunk all the things that can come off of clothing with everyday cleaners and solutions?

Its true! It's cool that there are household products can do that. I didn't about the examples you mentioned, I'll keep it in mind

Glad to hear that. Yep, I saved many a cosplay with these, always keep a little in a bag for a convention in a pinch.
