Slushie found a Parrotcite who had fallen out of a tree. Poor thing..

Slushie had actually gone into the woods to go to a nearby Puckoo farm. Maybe even get one; they looked pretty cute, and, she thought, the eggs should be useful. Especially for cooking. But the thing is, Slushie doesn't have a terribly great sense of direction, and had ended up stranded in the middle of the forest.
Wandering around in circles she desperately tried to escape the seemingly endless trees and bushes. She tried climbing a few, to gain a vantage point, but couldn't see anything but endless trees. It was on her way down from one of her 'vantage trees' that she spotted a path. Maybe her route home, or at least a way out of the forest.
She strolled down the path, constantly looking for something. Anything that would tell her where she was. She didn't spot anything for a long time..

When Slushie saw the trees starting to clear she practically screeched in joy, and ran out through the bushes towards them...
Only to find that it was a small clearing and that she was still, hopelessly lost. Flopping down on the sun kissed grass, she huffed. 'should have brought a map, or better yet a compass!' Slushie's imaginary Alma scolded her. Sighing Slushie rolled over onto her front, and came face to face with a bug.. (a Parrotcite? ~ she thought).

She sniffed it, thinking that she might be able to magically find the problem via smell, she couldn't. The Parrotcite's fluff was deflated and it's legs looked a bit awkward. Rolling over onto her back again she looked up trying to figure out what had happened, and spotting a birds nest she knew. The mamma bird had kicked it out of the nest for stealing the food. Naughty little bug.

Rolling back onto her belly Slushie gathered some leaves around the Parrotcite, to help protect it from angry momma bird; and the cold. The Parrotcite burrowed into the leaf mound, content.
