Faelthros are inherently magical beings. Every Faelthro is born with a natural connection to a core element, and most tend to master just that one element. It is possible to learn others, though.

Neutral and absolute elements are not elements that a Faelthro can be naturally connected to. They must be learned independently. Neutral elements are difficult to learn, nonetheless master, but some Faelthros make it their life goal to master specific skills under each neutral element. For example, Gravity covers skills ranging from simply lifting things to completely removing gravity from a room. The more powerful a skill seems, the harder it is to learn.

Absolute elements are extremely difficult to study and control as they are abstract. Controlling a nearby fire and controlling the hysteria within other people are two entirely different ballparks. Seldom will you come across a Faelthro studying absolute elements, unless it is health related, like antidote and healing.
