This is one of those times when I go when someone asked me to draw something extraordinary and new. Like this. And this... But I'm very happy when someone will challenge me to do something that isn't my norm. Except NSFW because I won't do such things even though I have the ability.And... a mermaid Celestia is somewhat unheard of... and to think this cost only 500

This... this is what I call beauty. Truly, defined, renowned beauty. The lighting's good, the scenery is superb (even if she needs to be in water), and I love how her mane (or hair, is it?) just flows along within the water.
You got originality down perfectly with this. I've never seen a mermaid Celestia, not once.
The vision, impact, and technique are all lovely, showing me just how well an artist can be with just a pen tablet, paint program, or even a pad and colored pencils. If there's anything that isn't right about this piece of artwork... it's nothing, it's dead amazing!

You are not the first either. There are a lot of concepts about it, but it's obscure. Mine is anthro, which utilizes correct body anatomy, yours is the EQG. Which is skinny and anorexic.
