Hitmonlee is a slightly more complex character to draw, so I hope this next bit will be clear. First draw an egg shape, with its round side up and draw two small ovals on either side. These are the torso and the shoulders. Draw an arched cross over the torso, because this will help you determine the correct position of the eyes and legs. Also draw the beginning of Hitmonlee's upper legs and draw two lines down. These will be his legs. Next, draw his legs with two fluently drawn lines for each leg. The last thing to do is to draw the donutshaped rings around his legs and lower arms. I looked long and hard to determine how many rings go around Hitmonlee's limbs, but it seems to vary a lot. The most common amount of rings around the lower arms is three or four per arm, while there can be between five to eight rings around each leg. I'm going to stick to seven rings for the legs and four rings for the arms, because that appears to be the most common. The eyes only consist of dark, slightly oval pupils. There is no iris and no reflective light.
