Description This picture is part of my "Mewtwo's armor tutorial". I hate this picture, but at least I tried, right?

December 2007: Mewtwo tutorial

Mewtwo's armor is a pretty complex design, so a turn-around will definitely come in handy. A turn-around is like a catwalk for drawn characters. A turn-around should at the very least show the subject from the front, side and the back, but a good turn-around will also show 1/4 and 3/4 angles. Anyway, I didn't feel like putting in THAT much of an effort, so I'll just show the first three, most essential angles. The side-shot reveals how long the helmet really is. It's much longer than Mewtwo's face. You couldn't see it in the frontal shot, because the helmet was greatly foreshortened. This is probably the best way to illustrate the need for a turn-around of Mewtwo's armor. I should probably mention that I couldn't find good screenshots of the back of Mewtwo's armor. So I had to reconstruct it from the side- and front-shots. I had no pictures of the back of the chest-piece of the armor, so I can't help you out with that. However, the rest of the back-shot is pretty accurate, all things considered...

I <3 the armour's design! I even did my best to reproduce it in Lego Technic pieces. this is a good tutorial, BTW.

Lol. Yeah, too bad that armor gets smashed only a few minutes into the movie, eh?

Yay! Mewtwo looks so tough in his armor! (He doesn't normally?)

I kinda feel like I have to draw Mewtwo in his armor now or something . . . I requested the tutorial and you included the armor and stuff so I should use it. Not that I think you're pressuring me or anything. (Wow. I can't explain things.) It's more like, it's there for me, I should use it! No sense in wasting things!

. . . Yeah. But anyways, looks great, I say!

Lol. That's ok. You don't have to use it if you don't want to. It's just there if and when you need it.

Well, that's the thing. I DO want to use it. I just don't know how. We'll see what I can think up.
