Not really meant for any particular story idea or anything.
This was one mainly for pose practice, after reading a post on Tumblr about rough thumbnail studies for more fluid motions.
Also my tablet was acting strange earlier, so I thought of trying something more complex to see what would happen. After completing this study, I'm cautiously optimistic.
Used Meramon to play around with another lineless drawing, and tried a stylized speech bubble for fun. I think the speech bubble's my favorite part of the piece actually, lol.

Yeah, you did well on the posing and such C:. It is a bit difficult trying to think of new poses to try, but you end up just rolling with something as long as its not just the characters standing around, lol. If only it were easier to come up with posing x3.

I really like the details here, from the shading to the different styles here! The speech bubble's also a nice touch, it certainly captures Meramon's fiery spirit. I also like even Dan's hat is terrified of the barely dodged burning fist. Dan must have a lot of pain in his neck now. XD Also, how strange is your tablet acting, out of curiosity?

Hehe, what can I say, I love those kinds of visual gags.
My tablet is getting up in years, but it was selecting tools and areas that I wasn't even touching with the pen. It was very strange.
