Concept for Roboticized Chihiro or "Chihirobo".

I was trying to avoid going with a TV-Head, since I had a similar idea for Zone for a Chihiro Monitamon.

But I caved in and went with it anyway, lol.

I liked the idea of converting the skirt into a satellite dish, with the legs turning into the antenna, but I'm not sure if I conveyed that well.

One of the SHSL Mechanoids, Chihirobo was Roboticized when Mondo knocked him into the portable Roboticizer he was tinkering with.

The end result was a light model robot, who looked more appropriated for housekeeping. During a trial run, to figure out what Chihirobo could do, his head module was severely damaged during a random fight with DiaMondo. Using what resources were available in the campus storage area, Eggman replaced Chihirobo's original head with a computer monitor. During the rebuilding stage, Eggman discovered the little robot's knack for programming as well as the top secrete program Chihiro was working on before being roboticized.

Eggman placed Chihirobo in charge of communications and systems management, ordering a complete overhaul of "Alter Ego" into "Alter Egg", an internet based security program. This program is utilized by Ishimaru's forces within the Eggman Academy, primarily to keep an eye out for "Hedgehog: Priority One".

Alter Ego lived on unbeknownst to Eggman, having downloaded itself into Chihirobo's body and reawakening some of Chihiro's original personality. His original desires becoming slightly corrupt, Chihirobo sought to make himself stronger and started improving upon his new body behind Eggman's back. His seemingly weak robot form now possesses super strength comparable to DiaMondo or Sakura, and has concealed weaponry all over his body. His primary weapon is the "Ego Buster" installed in his right arm, and was working on a "variable system" program designed to absorb the powers of the other Mechanoids but was interrupted by Sonic and Naegi.

Fueled by his despair at being weak, he took the green Chaos Emerald and installed it into his head module to accelerate his processing power.

He controls the Egg Net Zone from a throne of computer consoles that he's initially wired into. Once Sonic and Naegi manage to confront him directly, Chihirobo disconnects and attacks them directly as befitting of a man. While he has no ill towards Sonic personally, he chooses to fight the Hedgehog in believing that doing so will make him the strongest of the Academy if he defeats him.

The Egg Net Zone is a partially Digital realm that Chihirobo/Alter Ego can manipulate as seen fit. The badniks are used as vaccine programs to flush out delinquents or Hedgehogs attempting to hack the system.

As a quirk, Chihiro communicates through his computer screen using sprites from the Sonic and DR series. He also keeps a Motobug as a pet that he calls "Mr. Wheelie".

MonoPapa, MonoMama and MonoCub were specialized E-Series (?) badniks secretely developed and launched once it was noticed Sonic and Naegi were passing classes faster than anticipated. Their personalities seem based on the likes of Bonnie & Clyde and various sitcom parents. Eggman doesn't recall developing them though, but as they seem loyal to him, he doesn't care so long as they fail the Hedgehog.

For some reason I can hear MonoPapa being voiced by Tommy Lee Jones.
