Description
So...long story short... did an art trade with . She drew Winnowill from ElfQuest as if she were one of the characters in Kingdom Hearts. This gave me the idea of drawing Rayek in the same fashion. Being the sexy, sullen, anti-hero with a heart of gold underneath type, it was easy to translate him, since I have always been in love with him as a character.Done 100% in Photoshop

Funny thing: Cutter has a LITERAL Keyblade! (His sword, New Moon, holds a key in the pommel. The key opens the doors to Two Edge's secret forge.)

Thanks...I was trying to make the arm look less awkward, since I wasn't happy with it, and usually when I am unhappy about something I let it go unless other people notice it. If I didn't then my pieces would NEVER get finished.

God, I love this. I love how you translated his arm bands into strappies. I love the strip of bare chest. I love how his loinclothy dealy works so well with the cargo pants. I love the keyblade!

Anyway! This is beautiful! Like...sooooo beautiful! I can't believe you did it 100% in PS! Including the line work? That's amazing! I adore the costume design. I love the arm band thingys...and I want to lick his abs
His left arm is a touch awkward sticking out as it is, but I'll take that as demonstrative of the cool armband thingys. I'd have tossed in a few zippers...but that's just cuz I'm obsessed with zippers...

Ah! Fabulous! You're so good with weapons...I'm contemplating a keyblade design for this fanfic I've been working on and I'm terrified of how it's going to come out. I love his keyblade by the way. This still makes me so happy ^_________^

I have been doing my recent work, sketch, line work and colors all in photoshop...I find I have way more control, once I got used to "inking" in photoshop. You are right about the arm, but I really wanted to show it. It would have looked less akward had I put the second keyblade in it that I had concieved, but I didn't want to spoil the surprise of the different forms I am going to give him.
