Description
A ref sheet yay. So this is one of my characters lol.
Negative Thirteen is a god, but he doesn't do his job very well. He often loses interest in his own planets and abandons them while he's creating new things.
ONE DAY, he manages to piss off another god and gets his pretty head ripped off!!! This makes him very sad because now he has a boring bandage-headstump :C

Here are some FFFFUN FACTSSSS
- Negative Thirteen doesn't have a sex/gender, but I refer to him as a "he" because lol.
- He can change his skin to literally any color, texture, or pattern, but is usually very gaudy and obnoxious (before his head is blown off), like the picture on the right.
- The picture on the left has his "default" off-white color.
- His neck and legs can be any length, but the legs are always ~too long~
- His legs are very bendy and his joints can turn any way he feels like. He could tie himself into knots if he wanted to.
- The three eyes on his face are not real eyes. The pupils do not change their position and the scleras can be any color.
- His stupidly cheerful facial expression never changes. Instead, he uses color and body language to broadcast his emotions.
- Very wonky anatomy lololol

PRE-FACELESSNESS (the righthand picture):
Bright, flashy colors.
Tends to hold his head up high.
Countless tiny eyes continually flow out of the top of his skull and eventually fade away (the eyes I drew are waaaay too big and there are not nearly enough of them).

POST-FACELESSNESS (the lefthand picture):
Usually more subdued colors.
Tends to hold his head stump low.
The tiny eyes fade in and out all around him.
Has a screen on his chest that can display any image, from neutron star collisions to the season 6 finale of Lost hee hee. It is supposed to look like a copper-ey or bronze-ey ring on the outside but derp.

He really sounds like a sparklegod but it all makes sense in context I swear. I could go into all this stuff with his personality and history but this description is already much too long.
