Check out more of my work on Twitter , Tumblr , and Instagram !Finished up the colours on Mando! There are aspects that I think worked really well, and some that could have been better, but on the whole I think that the picture works. The reflections of the Beskar armour are some of the most successful parts, as I feel like they look decently realistic when compared to the way I've tried drawing those in the past. I think the belt and bandolier also worked really well, with them looking more like worn leather than my previous attempts at that. The rest of Mando's outfit looks pretty decent, especially some of the smaller plates of armour where I've added in a few different pale shades of green and blue to different bits, then covering those areas with shades of warm grey. His sleeves and trouser legs all look good, though his boots might have been a touch too dark, but oh well. I tried to create a very alien looking landscape in the background, but that didn't really vibe very well with Mando himself, so I tried to tone down the more experimental colours. I still kept the green clouds and the pinkish rocks, as I felt this made the picture look suitably alien, yet still seemed a bit believable. The smoke seems ok, though I probably should have added a few more layers of the lighter shades of grey to them, and the blast craters on the ground seem to have worked really well. I did add in some patches of dirt and damage to his boots and capes with the promarkers, but these got kind of lost in the shadows, so I mixed up a bit of acrylic paint to add in those marks and scuffs. So yeah, this picture of The Mandalorian is finished, and I think that on the whole it's worked well, though there are some aspects I'd want to improve on future attempts at the character.
