Description
This is the process I would normally go about to create a children's menu, in this case, for the restaurant chain Mimi's Cafe.A meeting would be held, a theme would be chosen, I would draw a quick rough.
The initial step is to research the theme, in this case, New Orleans, as, until sept. 11 2001, Mimi's had a French flair to its menu. Enter Google Images and Wikipedia.
Landmarks, architecture, venues and culture,... check, and the process begins...
