Description
hazbin hotel vs smg4Alastor is one of the main characters in Hazbin Hotel. Formerly, he was a radio host and serial killer from New Orleans, Louisiana before manifesting in Hell as a result of a dog-related incident. Following his death and arriving in Hell, he toppled over demons who had ruled over Hell for centuries overnight, boasting power never seen before in a mortal soul, becoming an Overlord by technicality. During this period, he broadcasted his carnage through a radio for the populace to witness, earning him the title of The Radio Demon.
Powers and Stats
Tier: At least Low 7-C, possibly higher
Name: Alastor, The Radio Demon
Origin: Hazbin Hotel
Gender: Male
Age: 90+ (Recalls the Stock Market Crash of 1929. Died in 1933 but appears in his late 30s to early 40s[1])
Classification: Deer Demon, Sinner, Overlord, Former Radio Host and Serial Killer
Powers and Abilities:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics
Sinner Physiology
Martial Arts (See here[2])
Weapon Mastery (Of his cane)
Magic
Soul Manipulation and Empowerment (Overlords gain power by owning souls,[3] which can be done by having sinners sign away their souls either via contract or deals[4])
Reality Warping (Altered the clothes of the Happy Hotel staff, changed the scenery of the hotel into that of a funky ballroom during his musical number. Created a bottle of booze by waving his hand. Changed the hotel's sign from "Happy" to "Hazbin" with a bolt of lightning.[5])
Fire Manipulation (Lit a fireplace with a snap. Materialized fire on the palm of his hand[5])
Darkness Manipulation (Summoned a group of shadows and can disperse said shadows on a whim. Can melt into shadows to quickly move to different places.[6][7] Can also use his own shadow for combat[7])
Summoning (Can summon large shadowy tentacles to rip apart[8] or crush[5] his foes. Can summon small imp-like shadowy minions that do his bidding[6][7])
Forcefield Creation (Formed a huge barrier surrounding the Hazbin Hotel, which not even the Exorcist angels could breach[7])
Broadway Force
Teleportation (Brought Husk from a casino from an unknown distance to the Happy Hotel and manifested Niffty from a fireplace.[5])
Technology Manipulation (Passively distorts any video footage that captures him.[9][3] Made the hotel lights flicker in a near fit of rage.[8])
Portal Creation (Opened a portal and summoned a swarm of tentacles[5])
Explosion Manipulation (Generated a large explosion strong enough to send Sir Pentious flying[6])
Aura (Is shown with an aura of perception-altering glyphs[5])
Transformation (Demons can transform into a "full demon" form during a fit of extreme rage or otherwise intense emotions; His antlers grow, his teeth become long and sharp, and his proportions increase, including the size of his limbs and he gains claws[10])
Shapeshifting (Can turn into other creatures, including animals.[11] Lacks a single form and can take on several appearances[12])
Size Manipulation (Can grow into a much larger form[8])
Natural Weaponry (Horns, teeth, claws; As a "full demon")
Sound Manipulation (Layers his voice with a radio effect. Can cycle between different audios on a whim, akin to a radio[5])
Shockwave Generation (Generated a burst of green light which pushed back Charlie, Vaggie, and Angel Dust[5])
Social Influencing (His presence strikes fear in those around him[10])
Death Manipulation (Caused a rose to wilt away[10])
Clairvoyance (Perceived Husk from an unknown distance)
Breaking the Fourth Wall (Addressed the audience and told them to "Stay tuned"[5])
Immortality (Types 1, 2, 3, and 5), Regeneration (Mid) and Invulnerability Negation with angelic weaponry (Armed his tentacles with angelic weapons to kill the Exorcists. Angelic weapons hold the power to permanently kill both demons and angels,[7] with the latter being described as invulnerable to harm[13])
Attack Potency: At least Small Town level, possibly higher (Destroyed Sir Pentious' airship with little effort.[5] Possesses an unimaginable level of power no mortal soul had attained up until that point, rivaling Hell's most destructive evils, which enabled him to overthrow Overlords who have ruled for centuries seemingly overnight.[5] As an Overlord, being one of the most powerful beings in Hell,[5] he stands far above the other mortal souls in Hell's social hierarchy[14] and is not a force to be trifled with.[15] Is one of the few demons capable of using magic, as his power far exceeds that of average demons.[16] Is considered "all-powerful" by his character bio)
Speed: At least Hypersonic+ (Is one of the most powerful beings in Hell, possessing raw power that far exceeds that of other demons[16] and rivals the most destructive evils of Hell,[5] and is debatably in the same league as Stolas,[17] meaning he is far superior to Blitzo and his crew, who are consistently portrayed as bullet-timers, and by extension, Robo Fizzo who maneuvered around Blitzo's rifle with ease), possibly FTL (Easily dodged and reacted to Adam’s attacks, to the point even considered him to be lacked of control and sloppy)
Lifting Strength: Class M physically (Dismembered a demon in a brutal fashion,[10] which would at minimum require this level of strength. Should be superior to Sir Pentious, who is considered a wimp in terms of physicals.[18] As an Overlord, he should be much stronger than imps such as Striker), higher with tentacles (Restrained and crushed Sir Pentious' airship to the point of exploding with little effort[5])
Striking Strength: At least Small Town level, possibly higher (Is considered to be a better fighter than Sir Pentious and could defeat him in one strike[2])
Durability: At least Small Town level, possibly higher, higher with Forcefield Creation (Generated a shadow barrier impenetrable by Exorcists). Immortality makes him hard to kill
Stamina: Superhuman (Could still walk and sing while suffering a huge gash across his upper body.[7] Seemingly toppled and murdered powerful Overlords overnight likely without rest)
Range: Standard Melee Range, Extended Melee Range with his cane, at least Hundreds of Meters with magic (Warped the entire first floor of the hotel.[5] Encased the Hazbin Hotel with a massive shadow barrier[5])
Standard Equipment: Microphone Cane
Optional Equipment: Angelic Weapons, such as spears and halberds
Intelligence: Gifted. Alastor is cunning, deceitful, and manipulative, having been a serial killer during his time alive, retaining a state of unpredictability by feigning weakness and neglecting to use his powers,[19] playing into his target's weaknesses, as seen when he antagonized Sir Pentious and sent him into a blind rage,[5] and maintaining a charming and pleasant exterior in order to mask his malicious and tyrannical nature, opening up those around him to a false sense of security, all for his entertainment. Either through sheer strength, intelligence, or a combination of the two, he overthrew centuries-old Overlords and rose to great infamy throughout Hell all in one night, a testament to his ability[5]
Standard Tactics: Alastor's main method of attacking is by conjuring shadowy tentacles to grab, tear apart, or crush his opponents. While overwhelming or distracting them with his tentacles, he will then use either his own shadow or minions to blindside them.
Weaknesses: Alastor is not the kind of killer that follows or chases people since he has a strange ethical code against it. Demons can be truly killed by an angel's weapon or by angelic power. His staff is a source of his powers, if destroyed he will be weakened severely.[7]
Mr. Puzzles (also known as TV Adware/Mysterious TV Guy by fans) is a major antagonist in the Australian adult-animated comedy web series SMG4, serving as the main antagonist of The New Era.
Mr. Puzzles is a supernatural humanoid-like TV entity who sold SMG4 the keyboard and gives an invitation to former Splatfest champion One-Shot Wren, and sent a fax containing information in SMG3’s Notebook to Marty in SMG4: War of the Fat Italians 2023, which caused the events of all three movies. After all the events of all three movies he revealed himself to the audience and is likely going to continue manipulating the SMG4 Crew.
In WOTFI 2023 and onward, he is voiced by Brendan Blaber who also voiced Petey in Meta Runner.

Appearance
Physically, Mr. Puzzles is tall and thin. with a head similar to his adware form, minus the face. His real "face" is an off-white beige background with differently shaped eyes, and a large grin taking up most of his lower face. His mouth's colors are likely intended to resemble the TV color bars. The bottom edge of his head has the word "Puzzlevision" printed on it, presumably a brand that he is affiliated with. He wears a black bowler hat on his head, with two TV antennas sticking out, though one is bent. He wears a light grey tuxedo with a black bowtie, as well as white gloves and black and white sneakers. His pants are dark grey, with silver puzzle patterns.
In the Mysterious Keyboard advertisement, where his TV Adware form made his first debut, he was simply a dark gray analog television with a cartoonish grin on it
Personality
Initially, Mr. Puzzles appears as very sophisticated, charismatic and cheerful TV like humanoid who sells/gives its stuff to people for their work, being overjoyed in selling his keyboard to SMG4.
However, this is a facade to hide his true nature; Mr. Puzzles is actually a sadistic, delusional, opportunistic, misanthropic, and psychopathic humanoid TV entity who targets people in need and turns them into crazed villains without regret or remorse. His current goal is unknown, but he grants wishes through machines and objects for the user to own, possibly worsening their mental states as seen with SMG4 and One-Shot Wren being affected by the usage of his gifts; however, it is ambiguous if he genuinely wanted or not them, but their gifts driven them insane anyway.
Despite his opportunistic and deranged personality, Mr. Puzzles is a highly intelligent, cunning and manipulative, as he easily manipulated SMG4 to buy his demonic keyboard and driven him to insanity. He also manipulated One-Shot Wren to turn him into a sociopathic and sadistic outlaw who psychologically and emotionally tortured Meggy and Tari. Afterwards, he manipulates Marty by telling him that SMG3's notebook contained the ultimate pizza recipe, leading to Marty ordering Mario to steal it and ultimately leads to both of them to get thrown into jail temporarily.
