Some of you might not know, but Christmas Eve is also the anniversary for the popular web cartoon Happy Tree Friends. Yup, it is now 20 years since the first official HTF episode came onto the internet. December 24th 1999 was when the critter carnage all began. So as a homage to this gory but funny series, I dressed some BFB and Inanimate Insanity as the characters from the show. Lets look at all of these guys shall we?

Pen and Eraser represent Cuddles and Toothy since those two are two male best friends. MePhone4 represents Lumpy because he is more mature and stupid enough to know that Halloween is in February! Fan represents Splendid the superhero as he has the ability to glide. Stapy and Marker represent Lifty and Shifty as Stapy likes to cheat and steal. Gelatin is the Nutty of this picture because sometimes he can be a bit crazy. Test Tube is the ideal Sniffles as she is smart. Trophy represents Disco Bear as he likes to show-off and is obnoxious. Soap represents Petunia since she is a neat freak. Woody represents Flaky as he gets scared very often. Tennis Ball represents Handy as he is armless. Tree and Rocky are dressed as Pop and Cub and Marshmallow represents Giggles because of her cute voice. I decided to dress Bomb and Coiny as The Mole and Russell 'cause why not. Teardrop is Mime as she cannot talk and Box is Cro-Marmot since it doesn't move. Bottle is Lammy due to her excitement about preventing death and causing death anyway. And finally, Paintbrush is the Flippy of the picture, because their rage outbursts are somewhat similar to Flippy flipping out.
