In the wake of a worldwide disaster, Phlex (Phoebe) decided to change up her aesthetic! She's got nothing to lose after all!

After the societal collapse of that led to the world Nadia (Flurrple) lives in, Phoebe had a rough time. She was one of those who objected to the new world order, and as a result she was nearly killed, and even though she survived, she was not unscathed. The attempt to kill her was meant to mutate her and remove her super-durable skin, so her softer, spongier flesh could be attacked directly. The issue is that her inner flesh managed to pull itself back together, leaving Phoebe with a more vulnerable, but more malleable, putty-like body. At this point she lost her patience, shaved half her head, and repurposed one of her old suits as a replacement for her durable skin. Donning some hair dye, a nose ring, a paint job fr her suit, and a choker for vibes, she turned her attention to helping those outcast by the Elites, including the Robbins, more or less becoming a super-stretchy arms dealer in the post-apocalypse wasteland! The world order pissed off Phoebe, and she will do her best to ensure they regret it!

This was a surprise gift from my anonymous friend, where they simply wanted to envision Phoebe in a punk aesthetic, which I loved! She fits weirdly well into the theme of Nadia's world, so I let my brain wander, and found a nice role for her! On the art itself, by friend has outdone themself, and it looks super nice, with Phoebe's elongated neck flowing into her slim form very smoothly, and her expression having wonderful poise and cheekiness, typical of Phoebe. They did a great job! : D
