Just like Featherfall's sheet, LOOONG overdue lol. Ruby won't be making an appearance in the comic for a while by this point, so I might as well finish this while I still can!
again, this isn't a super fleshed out reference sheet, it's mostly just for my own use to remember my characters' traits and color palettes. At the bottom I'll link the other three character refs that I have of Cipher Rune, Windstrike and Featherfall.

Ruby Cube is a part-time Mathemagics teacher who often travels between cities and towns near her home to help teach at various schools about all things Maths and Magic. She comes from and lives in Manehattan, but spends a lot of her time in Ponyville since she enjoys teaching the students there and always volunteers to fill in for absent teachers. Her dream would be to become a teacher at Twilight's F&M university ("Friendship & Magic") and to help other gifted creatures unlock their magical prowess within mathematics and magic. At times, she also lives in Ponyville for a while, taking care of her cousin's hat shop while her cousin is away on fashion shows or business trips.
Ruby is a very smart pony with a great memory, and can easily memorize the patterns of puzzles, riddles, brain exercises and word games. Her specialty are Rubuck's cubes, currently holding the Equestrian record for fastest time solving one. Despite this, she can be a little clumsy when she's hyperfocused on one thing and can sometimes stumble a bit with her wording and actions when she has a lot of thoughts on her mind to juggle around with.

Her father is a very successful businesstallion, being the head of one of the most major companies in the northern hemisphere. What he's working on specifically is a bit vague, however it does have to do with developing technology, something Equestria is somewhat new to. Many Equestrian towns are acquainted with spellcraft, meaning they generally have no need for electricity or technology. However Ruby Cube's father believes it's time for Equestria to be introduced to his inventions regarding technology, fusing spellcraft and electricity into something new and powerful.
Ruby Cube's mother is absent as both of Ruby's parents were married but divorced when Ruby was a filly. Her mother was generally on board with her ex-husband's inventions, but when he began putting more and more attention towards his company rather than his own family, she decided enough was enough and decided to leave. She remained in Canterlot for the remainder of her life, however after an unfortunate run-in with a fatal illness, she passed away when Ruby was in her teens.
With a mother who's no longer with her and a father who's now climbed to the top of society but with little to no time to spare for his daughter, Ruby generally spends her days on her own. She's generally very cheerful and optimistic despite this and likes to keep her head high. Her father seems to be very obsessed with proving unicorn spelltech is superior, almost with an odd fixation to positively enhance the reputation of unicorns. Ruby however is very "iffy" on it all, and instead wants to see all ponies as equal, which is what she's been trying to live by to counter her father's outdated beliefs. When she's filling in as a teacher, her classes in Mathemagic often develop into a conversaiton about pony nature and discovering your true self-worth; everyone has unique properties about them, and Ruby wishes to enhance these properties in the foals and fillies she teaches, to show them there's no such thing as a "better/worse pony". Her enthusiastic attitude and well-spoken wording makes anyone want to pay attention to her classes.
