A huge weeping beech (Latin Fagus sylvatica pendula, Danish Hængebøg) with leaves that have just opened. I spend a long time under the tree near the trunk, taking photos of all the beautiful branches hanging down over me. I think this was the best one, but I might submit a single one later, if I decide to

I like this. I took a bunch of pictures like this (even of beech trees!) this spring trying to capture that delicious color of green that happens when sunlight passes through these leaves. You caught it well.
