I decided to do a better pic of Rutaak cuz he's such a pretty bird
he's a mirror demon that kinda serves Levitum for all eternity by being a messenger from the Mirror World to Earth. He has huge wings that can shift size and he's able to see without eyes for some reason
He has five tail feathers, but uses three to sit on or whatever. He's about the size of a small plane, but heavier.luv the awesome powa

LOVE the design on this- and I guess I don't need to mention articuno from other comments >>- love the feathers, especially the tail feathers and the hole-patterns.

Wow, this guy is simply amazing! I love the design and the metallic feel to the skin. At first glance, I though the eye was actually a nose and he had no eyes. It's interesting to see other people's perspectives.
