Description
Some developmental sketches for another potential villain for Breakout Stars. A Crazed Supervillain or Mad Scientist who somehow has his head removed from his body (possibly an accident, or on purpose). With the head removed, the body is hooked up to a radio controlled antenna, operated by the head's thoughts, commanding it to carry out the head's tasks, such as carrying the head around, help out in experiments or attack the heroes.A funny side effect to this could be that the body somehow develops it's own personality (probably from the head's id or subconscious), Sometimes leading the body to disobey his head or get into other hilarious shenanigans, usually due to the body's lack of eyesight.
The concept of the character (or Characters) is inspired by the floating head doctor joke from Scrubs, President Nixon's Head and Headless Body of Agnew from Futurama, and the more example, the Villain Dr. Carl Hill's Head and body from the 1985 horror film, Re-Animator.
As far as the name go, the best I can think of is Dr. D-Cap or Professor Cranium. I'm open to suggestions.

Hmm....given how nuts this guy is, I could see Charlie Adler (Professor Monkey-For-A-Head in "Earthworm Jim") voicing this lunatic.

"Cranius" or something like that MIGHT also be read as "Crazed genius" as well as "cranium", but... you already have a villain with that sort of naming pattern.
