My Notes:

[*'s indicate anything new, Attacks, Abilities, Types, ect. (Statistics are the only exception)]

NEW ABILITIES: These new types of abilities, "Active" and "Passive", are my own doing in my region and does not exist in any actual game.
- Active abilities are abilities which are powers or outward expressions of an ability, for example: Snow Warning -The Pokemon summons a hailstorm in battle.
- Passive abilities are abilities which have an internal function or expression of an ability, for example: Snow Cloak -Raises evasion in a hailstorm.

NEW ATTACK:

-Attack Name – Attack Type/ Category/ Attack Power/ Accuracy %/ PP
-Attack Effect:
-Secondary Effect: (Effect %)
-Attack Concept:

Steel Spikes  -  Steel  /  Physical  /  85  /  75%  /  20pp

Attack Effect:
- The user jumps in the air and turns its body so it will land with the points of its spikes facing downward.  High rate of causing opponent to flinch.

Secondary Effect:
- It has a high rate of causing opponent to flinch. (50%)

Attack Concept:
- I noticed that many of the steel (and some other types) have spikes, but there isn't a physical attack that accommodates these physical attributes.

Electro Shield  -  Electric  /  Other  /  0  /  85%  /  20pp

Attack Effect:
- The user erects an electrical field around itself, this protects the user for five turns.  If the field is attacked the base damage of attacks dealt will be deducted from the fields hit points, for any physical attacks used that foe takes some damage (25% base power).

Secondary Effect:
- If attacked with an electric type attack it will strengthen and heal the field by the base power of the attack.  The user may still user may still use special and other attacks while the field is in place, but is prohibited from using physical moves.

Attack Concept:
Nothing complicated, it's just a force field.

Shell Shock  -  Electric  /  Special  /  150  /  90%  /  15pp

Attack Effect:
- The user starts to generate electrical power within itself, this generated power builds for 5 turns to be unleashed on all opponents.  However if the user is physically attacked before the 5 turns are up, the current level of electrical energy will be discharged into the opponent.

5 stages of electrical power:

1st turn - 10 (points of damage)
2nd turn - 30 (points of damage)
3rd turn - 60 (points of damage)
4th turn - 100 (points of damage)
5th turn - 150 (points of damage)

Secondary Effect:
- The user cannot use another attack, item, or switch out until the final attack is discharged, or an opponent makes physical contact and the attack is discharged into that foe.
Attack Concept:
- This is based off of an another attack idea I came up with a long time ago called "Generator Overload", which basically describes this attack.  It's a building energy attack, I made it so this attack and the Elctro Shield attack can be used in a tag team situation.  It's a little complicated, but a powerful 150 electrical attack that targets all foes needs to have some holes in it.  Right! ^_^
