Description
Name: Vorwraith (Vortex + Wraith)
Species: Malice Pokemon
Type: Ghost / Dark
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 66.6 lbs
Abilities:
*(Active)
*Disobedient - During battle this pokemon will disobey at least 50% of the time, even with the appropriate level badges. It may also randomly use items in battle.
*(Passive)
Levitate - Gives full immunity to all Ground-type moves.
Pokedex:
Vorwraith are born of hatred and are the only Pokemon in the world considered close to being evil. It hates humans with a passion especially trainers, and only attacks other Pokemon when they belong to trainers. It uses the second mouth in it’s chest to eat it’s opponents, then spits them out after it’s foe’s soul has been removed and added to its collection.
Extra Info: Since it’s origin is strictly man-made, this Pokemon can never naturally occur in nature, however most are wild Pokemon because trainers can not handle them and end up releasing them. The conditions of it’s evolution are so horrific that the trainer who raised it will often be attacked the moment it evolves. To a Vorwraith being traded is the ultimate insult to it and becomes dark and twisted. If the trainer is strong enough to recapture this Pokemon, it will hold a grudge and never obey that trainer again. When encountered in the wild it is normally found at night in a dead or burned forest, dark cave, or abandoned building. Given it’s nasty nature, all Pokemon avoid going near it; even other ghost types. The sure sign of a Vorwraith being near is utter silence, feeling extremely cold (even on a hot day), and the overwhelming feeling of being watched. The second mouth on it’s chest is actually a pocket dimension of swirling color, some think that when it absorbs the soul/energy/aura of a Pokemon it gains it’s attacks, but no one has been brave enough to try yet. This Pokemon is considered by most scientists to be a pseudo-legendary Pokemon mostly because of it’s rarity, difficulty to train, or capture. Although this creatures type is Ghost/Dark, it is also considered to have Psychic and Ice attributes as well.
Evolution:
Ghaslty - (lv.25) Haunter (Haunter must have a strong distrust in the trainer, trade at night between 12 and 3 am, and while holding a Reaper Cloth) -(trade)- Vorwraith

My Notes:
[*'s indicate anything new, Attacks, Abilities, Types, ect. (Statistics are the only exception)]
NEW ABILITIES: These new types of abilities, "Active" and "Passive", are my own doing in my region and does not exist in any actual game.
- Active abilities are abilities which are powers or outward expressions of an ability, for example: Snow Warning -The Pokemon summons a hailstorm in battle.
- Passive abilities are abilities which have an internal function or expression of an ability, for example: Snow Cloak -Raises evasion in a hailstorm.
Name:
- Disobedient
Ability Type:
- Active
Game Text:
- During battle this pokemon will disobey at least 50% of the time, even with the appropriate level badges. It may also randomly use items in battle.
In-Depth Effect:
- Because of it's nature and the way it evolved this new ability is a no brainer. If you don't have the appropriate badge level in game it will disobey 100% of the time, if you do then 50% of the time it will be unruly. Once you have obtained victory over the Elite Four and the Champion you will earn 75% of it's obedience, and finally as of acquiring the title of Pokemon Master you will earn 100% obedience from this pokemon.
Secondary Effect:
- If this pokemon is in battle it has the capacity to utilize items from the trainers bag. Obviously not every item will work on it, but there in lies the problem. It will use everything from berries, potions, ether, TM's, and even your rarest items (like a Master Ball) if they are in your bag during the battle. If the item has no effect you will lose that particular item permanently.
NEW ATTACK:
-Attack Name – Attack Type/ Category/ Attack Power/ Accuracy %/ PP
-Attack Effect:
-Secondary Effect: (Effect %)
-Attack Concept:
Dimensional Vortex - ??? (unknown) / Other / 0 / 50% / 10
Attack Effect:
- The user sucks it’s opponent into a vortex. The Foes HP is drained based on the users level, and restored to the users HP.
Secondary Effect:
- If it hits, it induces Sleep, Poison, Paralysis, Frozen, or Burn. Effect is random./ 100%
Tertiary Effect:
- When Vorwraith successfully uses this attack on a foe it can choose to borrow one attack from it’s opponent (whether it has feinted or not), and can choose during the next time it attacks your opponents Pokemon (with Dimensional Vortex) to use the absorbed attack or to use the primary function again (HP Draining part). If the absorbed attack is used, all of the original attacks statistics are applied.
Attack Concept:
It's a bit complicated for an attack, but so is this pokemon. Here is what I envisioned what it would look like in-game / in battle conditions.
