Evolution: Devolves form leveling up a Feraligatr holding a “Devolver” (made up held item)
Pokedex: The swampy marsh this ancient Pokemon calls home is ideal for it’s semi-aquatic lifestyle. Commonly found catching fish in shallow pools, it’s ferocious as it is patient; making it the perfect ambush predator.

The idea of the contest was to envision a more prehistoric form of a "present" day pokemon. As this is a hypothetical situation in a fictional world, so I didn't really see the issue with letting my imagination run away with it.

I love the head. as well as the feet and spines. To me, though, the tail looks a bit Blah. Overal it's an awesome idea though.

Thanks, yeah I didn't have time for the tail. I submitted it originally for a "devolution" contest, barely made it! ^_^
I promise to revisit this guy and add more to the devolved family at some point!
