Oh, to have your (old) job . . . I've entered the Design-A-Pin contest twice every year for the last 3, and nothing was right. My friend got the most recent one, of her first try. What do you do now up in Burbank?

I haven't heard of the Design-A-Pin contest...is it through Disney? I used to work for a place called Pin USA, which sub-contracted. But don't be discouraged - after Disney Feature Animation crashed and laid off all 500 artists in 2001/2002, I applied to do Disney pins and was rejected - when I had originated some of those characters! Keep practising - although there is less work, Disney always needs people to draw something.

Awesome. One of my favorite things I took home from my last Disney visit was a Captain Hook pin.
