I collect any Stitch pins I can find... I probably have upwards of twenty now. I guess I'll have to look out for these

I would love to see more of your pin designs! I'm sure this is something that comes with being an animator, but I love how on-model you are for everything you've done.
I'm curious as to how this happens? Pin design, I mean. Are you approached with a character to do pins for with specific guidelines/themes/actions, is it more of you thinking of an idea that you feel would make a good pin and proposing it- or is it a combination of the two?
Have you ever done any pins for Epcot's Figment character? I'm not sure if this is an obnoxious question to ask, but I get all excited when I see these designs.
I'm pretty sure a lot of people will be commenting on how awesome cake-eating-Stitch is.

I have a few other pin designs posted in the "Disney Stuff" sub-folder in my Gallery.
I briefy worked at a pin company that had a deal with Disney. We had to finish 20 designs a week. We were mostly given assignments based on what Disney needed (if, say, they were pushing Alice in Wonderland's 55th anniversary) but we could also suggest designs. Disney then decided which designs to buy in the end. So, I don't believe the Stitch eating cake was ever made. Why? Who knows?
I never did any pins for Epcot.
