Description Done for the upcoming issue of Palladium's Rifter (issue 49, which I believe is at the printers now). penciled by me, inked by my bro, ~SuperLazyNinja . After we finished this, we realized that we blew the lighting on it. Considering the main dragon is being hit by a blast, we could have back lit him and the other dragon. Also, I'm sure we could have separated the figures better too.

I'd like to use the tight deadline as an excuse, but it's something we could have done just as easily in the same amount of time, I just missed the opportunity because I was drawing it so fast.

Thanks, I got a cool book of dragon art for X-Mas, and figured I'd use it for inspiration for this piece.

Nice job man. I think as far as the lighting goes... You're right, you could have done more with the lighting if it's supposed to convey that info in black and white.

If it's to be colored you left the linework very open so the colorist could make the lighting choices though.

You give me too much credit. This was done for B&W, and I wish I planned it out better, because it bugs me when I look at it. Perhaps I'll color it, so I can say that I left it open.
