Really? You can't see the black and white version? I've gotten a ton of comments on it from other people, so it seems to be working fine. Can you see the color version? I've gotten only a few comments on the color version.

awesome, while Frankenstein is still my fav monster, the Creature is the one I would most like to have living in my backyard! great linework of course..!

Thanks, man! I was always partial to the Wolf Man myself, with the Creature being a close second.

The first time I saw this movie was in 3-D. Pretty cool, actually, and I've always thought he was the coolest-looking humanoid monster of that movie era... Nice work! Love the crocodile, too.

It's the creature again! Hooray! Somehow black and white really suits him more...even with the really cool dank green color I always imagine him as...but great work, and a great rendition of the best of the Universal monsters.

Thanks but, a pain? Heck no! What are you talking about! It's all a playground as far as I'm concerned.

I kinda like the older color one better. I think this creature is more accurate but I liked the Kay Lawrence pose better in the other one.

still awesome!

BryanBaugh In reply to APBarr [2007-02-20 19:50:24 +0000 UTC]

Thanks. Yeah, I like her pose better in the other one, too, but the images are so similar I didn't want to repeat myself too much. Well, I guess now there's something you can enjoy about both versions!

Your newer stuff has such a crazy, organic feel to it! And I mean that in a good way. Like the hallucinations of a lunatic! Also your technique seems much improved.

thanks so much for checking them out. ive been doing alot of stippling lately. its a pain but it adds so much to the picture. thanks for the compliment.

BryanBaugh In reply to Dr-Twistid [2007-02-21 03:11:41 +0000 UTC]

Stippling is more fun after the fact than during the actual work! But well worth the effect it creates, when it's done well!
