Description
"Oh, Grow up" is satirically named, and themed in a lost childhood motif. The toys are following the trail of some elusive adult's footprints. The moon is tired, because these poor toys live in perpetual darkness. This piece is not just intended to be sad, but to remind children (and adults) to hold on to their dreams and never let go of their imagination, no matter what.*Featured on Juxtapoz.com!

I work as a teacher in a facility that also provides after care for a few elementary age kids, and I can't tell you how much it saddens me to see these seven and eight year olds who are too "grown" to play pretend. You've illustrated what is precisely my motto!.. I'm a 24 year old kid, and will still be a kid when I'm old and grey! I wish I had the extra income to support you and buy this.. (one day, my friend).. Until then I will content myself to glean inspiration and admire the wisdom in your pieces here on deviant art! Keep it up.. I love your gallery!

I love this piece, and the meaning behind it.
It looks like the Blue is sucking up the tree, or the tree is sucking up the dreams.. either way it makes this piece look very dreamy. It's really a stunning piece, very emotional! I love it.
